This week Chris and Dowell sit down with Candace Williams, she's a mother, prison reform activist, and reentry specialist. Candace served 16 years in Virginia prison for 1st degree  murder. She tells us events in her life that led to that fateful day, her time in prison as a pregnant inmate, becoming institutionalized, redemption and freedom. She's now a advocate for prison reform,  runs a non-profit that helps ex-cons get the help they need when coming home.
